On February 29, 2016, at age 92, Bob passed away peacefully at Canterbury Place in Lawrenceville. He was a recent resident of Point Pleasant Senior Community. Beloved husband of the late Mary Martin Leichliter for 59 years, living most of them on Maryellen Dr. in North Versailles. The loving father of five children, Ronald Leichliter (VA), Nancy Curry (N. Versailles), Brenda Clark (FL), Joyce Grace (FL), and Donna Gouker (E. McKeesport); proud grandfather of nine, Kathy, Rana, David, Jeff, Brandy, Dawn, Robbie, Alex, and Erik; as well as six great- grandchildren, Layla, Billy, Ozzy, Izzy, Zeke and Ashlyn. Bob served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was employed over 30 years at U.S. Steel Duquesne Works. He was active with the American Legion Post 701, the V.F.W. Post 5008, and St. Robert Bellarmine Men’s Club.

Friends and family are welcome at JAMES F. KUTCH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 433 Lincoln Hwy., East McKeesport from 6-8 p.m. on Thurs., March 3, 2016, and from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Fri., March 4, 2016.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Sat. at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in Penn Lincoln Mausoleum in North Huntingdon, with full military honors. The family requests any memorial contributions be made to St. Robert’s in East McKeesport.
