Dear Dugan Family. I will always fondly remember Don. Graduated with him and grew up in the EP projects. One of the sweetest guys I have ever known
    May he rest in peace.

Our heartfelt sympathies are with Janice and the Dugan family. I always enjoyed being around Donnie and the conversations we had. He had a wonderful smile and great sense of humor. My sister always referred to him as a Gental Giant and he certainly was. We will surely miss you, Don. May you find peace and love as you join all those who have gone before you. Rest in peace, my nephew.

Debbie and Shelley, I am so sorry for your loss. Donnie was a great guy and I’m sorry we had to miss a lot of years with him too. You know Belinda and myself will always be here for the both of you. Love you both very much.

To the Dugan family I give my most heartfelt condolences. Though we were never close, and seemed only to meet at funerals, I saw in Donnie not just a giant of a man but one with a giant heart as well. Filled with love of family, of friends and of animals, Full of kindness, compassion, patience and humility. These are all gifts given by God to those He loves. Donnie was given these gifts in abundance and so God must have loved him abundantly and we can all know that God always calls home to Himself those whom He loves. You will be greatly missed my friend and nephew. Rest in the peace of the Lord
