Loving father of Julie (Phil) Mariotti of Virginia and Sean Grskovich of North Huntingdon, PA. Brother of Kay (Dave) Tomer and the late Mary Parlak. Grandfather of Arianna Mariotti. Brother-in-law of Natalie Stecki of Braddock, PA and Geraldine Sable of Georgia. Joe was a US Navy Veteran. He worked at Thorofare Market and Wal-Mart.
