Vaughn P. Horton, 71, of McKeesport, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017. He was the son of the late Elizabeth and Andrew Kmetz and Paul Horton; beloved husband of Elizabeth (McColl) Horton, formerly of Glasgow, Scotland; loving father of Elizabeth (Joseph) Lubert, of North Carolina, and Crystal Bickel, of Virginia; brother of Maria (Mark) Current, of Charleroi, and Paulette (Richard) Lowers, of West Mifflin; grandfather of Josh and Maria Lubert and Bree, Zach, and Jacob Bickel; also many nieces and nephews. Vaughn served in the Navy and was a friend of Bill and Bob’s for 36 years. Vaughn helped countless people in their journey of recovery.
