On Monday, March 13, 2017. Marcella, age 94, of White Oak, formerly of N. Versailles, passed away. Beloved wife of the late Frank J. Totter; loving sister of Connie Nelson, and the late Walter Stepansky, Frances Skinner, and Dolores Spielmyer. Survived by sister-in-law, Pauline Stepansky. Also numerous nieces and nephews. Marcella retired from Union Railroad.
