On Tuesday November 15, 2016 Cecelia, of North Versailles passed away at home surrounded by her loving family. She was age 99. Beloved wife of the late Glyn Owen. Loving mother of Tim (Gloria) Owen of Jefferson City, MO, Paul (Donna) Owen, of Gibsonia, PA, Barbara (James) Trusilo, of Churchill, PA and Estelle (Tom) Zewe of Jefferson City, MO. Also a wonderful grandmother to 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Proceeded in death by 4 brothers and 1 sister, also survived by her sister, Irene Beilec. Cecelia worked at Westinghouse in East Pgh during WW2.

Interment will follow at New St. Josephs Cemetery.
