David J. Banosky

On Monday, August 25, 2025, David J. Banosky age 86 of Espyville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully. He was born on August 15, 1939.

Preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Mary (Heinick) Banosky, brothers Michael Jr. and Robert, and sister Barbara Ann.

Survived by his daughter Mary Christine (Frank). He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran who served honorably earning the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for the 1958 Beirut Lebanon Incident.

He worked for Equitable Resources, retired and moved to Espyville and became a Linesville Bus Driver.

Friends received Thursday August 28, 2025 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at . . .

Divine Liturgy ~ 10 a.m. at the funeral home, burial will follow at Monongahela with military honors.

    I’m so sorry to hear of my cousins passing.
    We literally just spoke end of July.
    It was nice catching up with our lives, & talking about the family.
    He loved Uncle George & Aunt Mary Banovksi, (my parents).
    I will miss our talks cousin.
    Fly high with the angels now.
