Donald E. “Stu” Stewart

Donald E. Stewart, aged 63, of North Versailles, known fondly as Stu, passed away surrounded by family peacefully on March 23, 2024. Born on June 11, 1960, Stu grew up in Turtle Creek and graduated from Turtle Creek High School. Stu’s journey was marked by an abundance of love, kindness, and unwavering generosity. As a dedicated employee of Value Added Processing for many years, Stu not only excelled in his professional endeavors but also touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Stu’s love knew no bounds, especially when it came to his two cherished daughters, Brittany Stewart and Morgan Hoff, whom he adored beyond measure. With the biggest heart imaginable, Stu was always ready to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. His selflessness and willingness to assist others left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. Stu is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Emma and David Stewart, and his siblings, David Stewart, Jimmy Stewart, Cheryl Stewart Lewis, and Nancy Stewart Austerlitz. He leaves behind many family, friends, and extended family, who will forever treasure his memory and the impact he made on their lives.

Arrangements

In accordance with Stu’s wishes, he will be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at The Country Place, 14179 Lincoln Way, North Huntington, PA 15642, on Sunday, April 28th, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. to honor and commemorate the legacy of a man who truly made the world a better place. Stu will be dearly missed, though he may no longer walk among us, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
