Mary Rose (“Ro Ro”) Warren

Mary Rose (“Ro Ro”) Warren, 93, of North Versailles, died Wednesday March 27, 2024, at her residence. She was born on July 16, 1930, in Trafford, a daughter of the late Stephen and Francis Turchan.  Mary Rose was a strong woman who loved her faith and family deeply.  She especially cherished being a grandma and great grandma to her nine grandchildren. After working many years as a partner in family owned businesses with her love, late husband Ernest R. Warren, she retired to a life of travel with family, Bingo with her Bestie, and playing a mean game of cards with her sister, niece, and friends after Sunday dinner.  She lived a beautiful 93 years of life and although we know she was ready, we would never be.  She is survived by her two sons, Ernest S. Warren of North Versailles, David (Chris) Warren of North Huntington; two daughters, Mrs. Vickie (Sal) Cardenas of Stahlstown, Mrs. Lisa (Douglas) Zeik of Cincinnati, OH; four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one sister, Louise Labik of Greensburg.

A Blessing Service is planned with friends and family at St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles.

My deepest sympathy to the Warren Family. I was very fortunate to have worked for them at the White Oak DQ and Mrs. Warren was always supportive and made us all feel welcome. I’ll never forget those late night money drops at their house after closing the restaurant and being greeted at the door by Mrs. Warren. She was always so nice and left me with very fond memories and now may she rest in peace. My thoughts are with Vicky, Ernie, David and the entire family. God bless.
