Jane D. (Andres) Gonzales

On Sunday February 11, 2024, Jane age 83 of North Versailles passed away peacefully surrounded by family.  Beloved wife of Albert Gonzales, Sr. Loving Mother of Denise Gonzales, Albert Jr. (Tiffany) Gonzales, and the late Taunya Gonzales-Wharton.  Dear Grandmother of Colby, Ryken, Carter, and Brady.  Also survived by Brothers and Sisters.  Janie was known for her sense of humor, fun-loving attitudeand her sincere love of Jesus.  She loved her family with an unconditional love and absolutely embraced being a Grammie to her four grandsons who were all born in the same month as she was. Janie spent most of her life in Pittsburgh but thoroughly enjoyed snow birding in Florida with the love of her life, her husband of 63 years.  She was always up for a relaxing day in the pool or she would be just fine watching one of the old classic movies with her husband.  Nothing brought her more joy than sharing the plan of salvation and how much Jesus loves them with anyone she had the opportunity to meet. While we will certainly miss having our Mom, Grammie, and a wonderful friend to so many, we take great comfort in knowing she is in heaven rejoicing with her Savior. She is now healed and renewed.

Aunt Jane was a wonderful lady and I am blessed to have known such a loving soul. Her sense of humor, smile and with were incomparable. She had a glint in her eye that made you think she was up to something. She was loving, kind and compassionate. She will be missed greatly by so very many lives that she touched. My deepest sympathy to the family, especially Uncle Al, Marlene John, Jeremy and Jonathan. Love and God Bless you all.

I’m very sorry to My friend Albert for the loss of his mom and for his entire family for their loss. I remember Al’s mom taking us to Chuckie cheese for Als birthday and as a child spent the night over and had so many good memories. She was always great to me and my family. I’m very sorry and God be with you all.
