Sharon (Kisasonak) DeCecco

On Friday November 3, 2023, Sharon (Kisasonak) DeCecco, age 73 of North Versailles, PA passed away. Daughter of Alex and Rosemarie (Kudla) Kisasonak. Mother of Dawn, Michael(Carly), and Andrew DeCecco. Grandmother of Alyssa Natter, Sophia Natter, Danica DeCecco, and Luke DeCecco. Sharon is also survived by her sister Nancy (Kisasonak) Metzger and her nephew Jason Metzger.

Sharon was raised in Wilkinsburg and as a Catholic. Sharon spent most of her years as a stay at home, but was proud of working at Bell Telephone in her youth, later as a volunteer EMT, and later in life as a home health care aide.

Sharon was a kid at heart who liked celebrations and sweets. She enjoyed birthdays, holiday get-togethers, family reunions at the boat/river, visits to family in Ohio, trips to Pechins with her mom and sister, seeing her grandchildren, and Red Hat events. She enjoyed sending cards to brighten holidays. She liked her Halloween parties and was handy at costume-making. Sharon liked going to the drive-in and the movies with popcorn and pop, as well as hanging out at the pool or in The Lazy River. She could be found at the cookie table. She loved to shop for bargains at the flea market, thrift stores, and often didn’t know where to put all of the deals.
