Dwayne Charles, 66, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 7, 2022. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 9, 1956 to John and Loretta (Neeley) Charles. Dwayne is survived by his children, Tabitha (Justin) Cuomo and David Scott Charles; his granddaughter, Brooklyn Charles; and siblings, Debra Pilot, Lonny Charles, and Robert (Joan) Charles. Dwayne was the widower of the late Betty (Reed) Charles of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and was married 40 years until her death on January 28, 2022. Dwayne enjoyed researching his family genealogy and talking about the Bible.
