On Friday, September 10, 2021, Florence , age 93, of North Versailles, formerly of Braddock, born June 19, 1928, daughter of the late Walter and Marcella Skurcenski, loving wife of 62 years to Robert (Bob) Jacko.Flo was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of St Robert Bellarmine Church. She was an active member of AA and sponsored many individuals to overcome alcoholism. She had an interest in bonsai and orchids and was featured in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for her expertise in orchids. Loving mother of Raymond (Marie) Jacko of Plano TX; Ralph (Deborah) Yatsko of Castle Rock, CO; Jeanne (Richard) Straw of North Huntingdon, PA; seven grandchildren, Richard (Trish) Straw, Jessica (Eric) Haigis, Jennifer (Colin) Axelson, Michael (Jayci Giacconi) Jacko, Joel (Robin) Yatsko, Ellie Yatsko and Daniel (Giada Vergottini) Hickle; great-grandchildren Haley and Hayden Haigis, Tristan and Conor Straw. Flo was preceded in death by Anton, Stanley and Lou.

Aunt Flo and Uncle Bob were not our relatives by blood, but were more loved by us than any of our blood relatives. Our wonderful memories will last the rest of our lives. I’m sure our Lord has welcomed you with open arms. All of your family will be forever remembered in our Prayers.
