Joanna Marie (Waszkiewicz) Detwiler, age 66, of East McKeesport, on Thursday December 31, 2020, passed away surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Dean K. Detwiler. Loving Mother of Charles (Kelli) and John (Karry) Detwiler. Grandmother to Haylea (Joseph) Curtin, Nathanael, and Nicholas. Great-Grandmother to Grayson and Easton. Joanna is predeceased by her brother John (Jerilynn) and Raymond (Marlene) Waszkiewicz. She is survived by her brothers Francis “Jerry” (Lori), Eugene (Marilyn) and Edward (Nancy) Waszkiewicz. Also, survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was not the Sharpest pencil in the Box but I Loved her she was my Aunt. She was (the best looking in the family so she said), she would have given you the shirt off her back if you wanted it or needed it. She helped me a couple of times, A true kind soul I will miss her dearly. I will try to only remember her with smiles and laughter, Her oldest nephew, My prayers are with you Uncle Dean, Chucky and Johnny.
