On Sunday August 30, 2020, Virginia age 70 of East McKeesport passed away. Daughter of the late Gerald and Rebecca Piper. Beloved wife of Robert Fitzroy. Loving mother of Dwyer ( Beth Ann) Lynch, Gerald (Nicole) Lynch, David (Diana) Lynch, and Jake (Melanie) Fitzroy. Dear Grandmother of Harmon Lynch, Jamisen Fitzroy, Avery Fitzroy, Logan Fitzroy, and Nicolas Lynch. Sister of Henry (Ruth) Piper and John (Penny) Piper. Also numerous nieces, nephews, and the very large extended family whom love Virginia dearly.
