William (Billy) Stover, age 48, of East McKeesport, passed away suddenly at home early Tuesday morning, March 10th, 2020. Billy was a doting and loving fur parent and devoted friend to many. He was tirelessly hard-working and extremely talented. Billy worked as a contractor with his best friend and brother Adam Reichl. He enjoyed drumming, Slayer, and his smokes. Born September 21, 1971, to William and Sharon. He is survived by his two fur-babies Jax and Ozzy, his Uncle Bobby, his second family Colleen and Adam and countless friends. Billy was preceded in death by his parents William and Sharon, and his Grandmother Alice.
