On Monday September 29, 2014, Andrew J. age 73 of Penn Hills, formerly of East McKeesport passed away. Andrew was son of the late Andrew Sr. and Nellie (Mazur) 
Tirpak and beloved companion of 18 years to Nancy Bertoni. He was the loving father of Dana (Todd) Allison and stepfather of Dave (Mary Beth) Bertoni and Chris (Mary) Bertoni. Andrew was brother of Edward, Joanne Behun, Albert, Patricia, and the late John and Step Grandfather of Samantha, Nick, Carlo, and Dom Bertoni. Andrew had numerous nieces and nephews. Andy was a graduate of Grove City College and served in the Army Reserve. He played college baseball and was an avid softball player and a proud member and third baseman of the winning Pittsburgh Gold, a team in the 65+ North Allegheny Senior Softball League. Andy was involved in harness racing at the Meadows where he acted as a trainer, driver and owner for over 10 years.
