On Thursday, September 18, 2014, Gary Cowell, age 73 of West Mifflin passed away. Gary was the son of the late Carl and Louise (Cross) Cowell. Gary was husband of Margaret “Peg” (Prelosky) Cowell, loving father of Carla Cowell, Danelle (Jack) Kline, 
William “Bill” Cowell and grandfather of Jocelyn Kline. He was a member of West Mifflin #3 Volunteer Fire Company, an avid golfer and graduate of Norwin High School Class of 1959. Gary was a retired driver for ACCESS.
